As an experienced marketing professional with a wealth of project management skills, Rachel is the perfect fit as Digital Project Coordinator at Alphabet®. She cut her teeth in industry managing the marketing team for a SME, cultivating her skills by creating and executing digital marketing strategies, managing email marketing campaigns, and leading content creation across the brand’s social media channels and website. All of which taught her how to manage sensitive data, multitask, and communicate clearly.
Rachel’s project management skills are on full display in the day-to-day of her role, acting as a conduit between Client Services and the Digital and Creative Teams. She works closely with senior members to scope campaigns and build out project timelines. And she helps oversee everything digital—websites, social media assets, digital ads, and even podcasts—to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met. Rachel also expedites the review process by collecting, assessing, and consolidating feedback internally and externally.
Rachel is a key component to the work we do with associations and member-based organizations—our partnership with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), for instance. She is responsible for ensuring projects flow seamlessly from strategy to design to development to launch. This includes all the content we create for REALTOR.ca’s Living Room blog, a robust resource hub for members of CREA and the public. She also helps coordinate much of the work we do with clients in the tourism industry across Canada. Whether that’s working with the team to manage the digital elements of on-going campaigns with Tourism Kingston, facilitating the development of animated social ads and landing pages for Regional Tourism Organization 9, or making sure digital ads are translated into French and Chinese when necessary.
Through her past experience working with both large corporations and SMEs, Rachel confidently navigates between the dynamic B2B and B2C landscapes. She is as comfortable working on national campaigns for the Canadian Construction Association as she is helping coordinate Alphabet’s own web content. Her ability to think fast, look ahead, and prioritize an ever-growing list of to-dos is one of the many ways she supports clients and team members alike.
