She brings a range of expertise to Alphabet®, including B2B sales and account management, membership and community retention, relationship and brand building, event planning and administrative support. 

Katie is an integral member of Client Services, helping to identify and implement new ideas while working alongside internal teams to address client needs and challenges. As Account Executive, she is a key point of contact for our clients across various sectors, including Tourism Kingston, Ottawa Tourism, and the Canadian Construction Association.
