Nadine brings more than two decades of experience in brand strategy, business development, and client-side marketing to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Alphabet®. She’s worked on both sides of the table: client and agency, global and local. This perspective shapes how she leads, grounded in real business outcomes with a people-first approach.

Nadine spent more than 15 years at Johnson & Johnson, holding various roles across strategy, marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. Her portfolio includes some of the world’s most recognizable brands like Tylenol, Neutrogena, Aveeno, and Band-Aid. Her success reflects strong collaboration with partners and a comprehensive understanding of consumer behaviour and retail drivers.

On the agency-side, Nadine held senior leadership roles at DDB Canada (now TBWA Canada). Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Business Leadership at TBWA Canada, she led Western Canada operations, overseeing a 25-person team responsible for brand, digital, media, and innovation. Her mandate focused on growth, including strengthening client relationships, leveraging consumer insight and human psychology, and simplifying complex problems. This includes brand strategy and platform development for the Stollery Children's Hospital, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis, and The Canadian Energy Centre.

Throughout her career, Nadine has led large-scale brand transformations, facilitated multi-stakeholder strategy sessions, and guided organizations through disruption and change. She leads with a clear belief: strong brands are built when deep consumer insight meets ground-breaking creative.

Nadine is energized to join Alphabet® at a moment when the landscape is shifting fast and agility and human connection matter more than ever. She believes Alphabet®’s nimble structure, innovative culture, and consumer-first mindset make it uniquely positioned to lead in a rapidly changing market and build what’s next.
