Minto’s brand has always stood for quality, trust, and better living. But even a strong position needs clear, consistent storytelling in a competitive, sometimes volatile market. As a longstanding partner, we’ve helped shape, share, and evolve their story to align with market needs and buyer expectations. It starts with a strong brand foundation that supports everything from high-level positioning to performance-driven community campaigns.

A brand is more than a logo. It’s more than an idea and an identity. It’s an experience. We help Minto transform their sales and design centres into immersive spaces. From sales centres to the design centre, where every element reflects Minto’s values to give buyers a sense of trust, ease, and inspiration from the moment they walk in.

 

### Sales and design centre updates

We helped reimagine Minto’s key sales environments, refreshing spaces in Barrhaven, Orléans, Kanata, and Manotick. We also guided the redesign of the Ottawa Design Centre, evolving it into a welcoming, intuitive space that supports the buyer journey.

 

### Home is where the brand is

Where homes and homebuyers are, the brand is too. We helped Minto create thoughtful, confidence-building spaces that reflect the care and design quality found in every home. This includes custom signage, wayfinding, wall graphics, and digital integrations.

## Minto Dream Home for CHEO

The Minto Dream Home is the award-winning grand prize for CHEO’s Dream of a Lifetime Lottery. Since 2014, we’ve helped Minto turn this charitable initiative into a powerful campaign that highlights their dedication to community and excellence in homebuilding. All while raising millions and giving hope to CHEO families.
