Minto was preparing to launch one of the largest new home communities located in Ottawa. The builder has a long proud history of developing the Barrhaven we know today including the successful Chapman Mills. Minto needed a strong, contemporary brand that would resonate with potential home buyers carry through all marketing touchpoints.
Alphabet® created a brand package for Quinn’s Pointe that is both sophisticated and friendly – including a bright and polished colour scheme that is delivered through the sales centre displays, collateral materials, signage and advertising design.
Quinn’s Pointe has been established as one of Ottawa’s fastest growing communities, and it’s unique visual identity and branding have truly set it apart from competitors. Quinn’s Pointe won an GOHBA marketing award in 2016.
