We’re looking for an experienced Media Manager to join the growing team at Alphabet®.

As the Media Manager you will develop the media strategy for local, regional and national
campaigns for clients across the association, non-profit and tourism sectors. You will work closely
with clients, internal teams and media partners to build comprehensive media plans that align with
client business goals and leverage digital and traditional mediums for maximum results.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Oversee and manage the media department, actively looking for ways to improve the daily operations and collaborations with other teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior media team members, providing guidance and support as needed. 
  • Supervise the on-going maintenance and execution of campaign deliverables.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media plans for clients that meet their marketing and business goals.
  • Manage relationships with media partners and vendors to ensure campaign success.
  • Negotiate with vendors
  • Set up and manage campaigns on planned platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with creative, digital and client services teams 
  • Stay current of digital channels—social, web, mobile, search, email, etc. as well as traditional media opportunities
  • Understand clients’ objectives and provide actionable analytics and making data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 5-10 years of media planning experience 
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across multiple campaigns and clients with attention to detail 
  • Solid communication, organizational and relationship building skills
  • Experience working on national media strategies in digital and traditional media
  • Team player who is confident, personable and enthusiastic to be part of a growing agency environment
