Emily joins the Alphabet® team as Senior Account Director with a focus on communications and strategy – understanding the risks and rewards of tailoring a message to specific audiences, channels, and cultural trends. Emily brings a veteran presence to the team with proven experience in the health, defence, and government industries, taking a leading role in issues management and crisis planning, social and digital strategy, media relations, stakeholder relations, public affairs, and research.

Emily is a graduate of Algonquin College’s Public Relations program and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature from the University of Ottawa. She brings considerable experience as a team leader with exceptional client relationship skills to Alphabet®.
